Welcome to Physical Education!
This year in physical education class, students will learn how to stay physically fit and live a healthy life style. Students will participate in fitness activities and team sports, while setting individual fitness goals. Students will be given the opportunity to participate in after school activities and will maintain a fitness log, documenting their exercise outside of school. Students will be graded on their participation in each activity and level of improvement.
The link below will give you access to the fitness log for students. Any physical fitness, 30 minutes or more will be accepted (i.e. soccer practice/game, bike ride, dance class, swimming, etc...) Students will turn in their fitness log at the end of the week and then start another one for the following week.
